To oven heat from frozen: Preheat oven to 180ᵒ. Pierce film lid several times. Cook for 20-25 mins, or until piping hot.
To microwave from frozen: Pierce film lid several times. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute
