Launchpad also has responsibility for looking after and developing the grounds around Seachange. Hortic@theHub currently runs on Thursdays and trainees learn about basic garden maintenance, as well as planting and growing fruit and vegetables for use in the kitchen.
Launchpad is looking to extend its provision of gardening services to include Social and Therapeutic Horticulture services for those with mental health difficulties and dementia. If you are interested in participating in either of these, please contact us for more details.
